Kubuntu Lucid Lynx (10.04) Alpha 1 Qt: 4.6.0 KDE Development Platform: 4.3.85 (KDE 4.3.85 (KDE 4.4 Beta2)) Both have this bug. A workaround is to rename (disable) the /usr/share/icons/default/index.theme. Then it is possible to use the KDE Classic cursor theme. KDE Classic is then the default theme. Also the Bluecurve icon theme is working.
