Why dont you guys invest a few seconds and try to reproduce the problem before those "Are you still having this problem" requests? Is this a template? I get them at least on every second bug report I write (after 6-18 months of inactivity of course).
Trying to access "https://brainstorm.ubuntu.com/" currently results in a network timeout, probably due to unavailability of a server. so the correct answer would be: No, I am no longer getting this error. I get another one.
