I would like to add that sometimes you can see the whole screen in ALT+TAB, but it did not work all the time. It might work if you change font size, but the panel is nice small in the first "home" screen, so that should not be the problem. Problem did still exist in the kubuntu-9.10-netbook-i386.iso
