Hi,
try to run this commands:
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgrade
sudo apt-get dist-upgrade
sudo apt-get -f install (if you have errors run: dpkg --configure -a)
sudo apt-get clean
sudo apt-get autoclean
then paste the output.

package k3b 1.69.0~alpha4-1ubuntu2 failed to install/upgrade: trying to
overwrite '/usr/share/applications/kde4/k3b.desktop', which is also in package
k3b-data 0:1.68.0~alpha3-0ubuntu1
