I am reopening this bug report, you didn't seem to understand. Previously on XFCE, the panels didn't have a border. Now, with the latest upgrades, they have one. That border shouldn't be there. It is a regression, the panels shouldn't have a border, they aren't windows for a normal user.
If you look at the screenshot, you will get what I mean instantly.
