I just created a new profile and tried accessing my account. Still
blank. I disabled all plugins and all extensions... still a blank page.
What I did find was that (from watching the urls going by in IE on a
Windows machine) that when you log in you are taken to a url that is a
"welcome" page and then immediately sent to an https page which is the
page I am trying to get to. Under Ubuntu and even Windows Firefox the
login goes to the "welcome" url (which is:
www.myhughesnet.com/acapulco/commonjsp/welcomejsp#) and stops. It will
not go on to the https url. I have also discovered that if I type this
https url into the url bar that I go to a login window and after logging
in it does work! I also get the same problem if I go into preferences
and uncheck "open new windows in a new tab instead", (I did not try
restarting Firefox after unchecking). Any ideas? And thanks for any and
all help. Bill
