Merci pour cette réponse.
Effectivement j'ai un Disque Dur Externe branché à mon PC via une prise USB,
et celui-ci était branché au PC ( éteint) lorsque j'ai procédé à l'installation.
Je vais procédé à des testes sans ce DD externe.
