Have the same issue. Terminal and the window that pops up with the volume hotkeys are completely blank, and the window boarders/titles are not showing up (I assume that is the 'decoration' being referred to). I have a Herd4 install that recently went through some major upgraded (to Herd5 I assume). Using TwinView with the nvidia binary drivers.
