Public bug reported:

Kubuntu Hurd5 (was the same with Hurd4)
md5 ok, 0 checksum failed

IDE1 master (hda) 80 GB
SCSI1 (0,0,0) (sda) 120GB SATA drive with XP

intall from livecd
when I reach partitioning, I choose
guided -> use entire disk -> select IDE1 master (hda)
and when I reach the details summary, partitioner displays

partitions tables are changed
partition #1 of SCSI1 as ext3
partition #5 of SCSI1 as swap

so partitioner wants to format my XP SATA drive instead of the IDE
previously selected

Choosing manual partitioning is ok though

*/var/log/syslog and partman coming soon*

** Affects: partitioner (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: Unconfirmed
