i've tried ubuntu lucid 64bit alpha2 on live usb. boot, live cd starts, choose try without install, kernelpanic.(the numbers are longer?) reboot, livecd starts, F6, change quiet splash to acpi=off noapic pnpbios=off, live cd boots normal workarond works.
