Hi, sorry for taking so long to get back to you. I just tested this with
a colleague, and I seem to be able to modify files shared with me in
this way. Can you confirm that this issue still exists, and if so, try
something on the command line for me:
If you're in the directory that is shared with you in this manner, can
you try:
touch [file]
where you replace [file] with any of the files shared with you that seem
to be read only. (If this succeeds it will update the modification date
of the file, but nothing else.)
