At this moment i have to guess you are using 3.5 but can you please confirm that or let us know what version you are seeing this on.
Can you please try using a new profile by following the instructions on the following link: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/MozillaTeam/Bugs#Try%20with%20a%20new%20profile If that works let us know.
