Hi Pedro: I waited a few days before responding to this. The reason? Well.... After more than week of running slow, the system time started functioning at the CORRECT time! In the interim I had installed the usual security updates... BUT this morning, when I booted from hibernation, the clock was two hours behind time. THEN a few seconds later the screen went off (black screen appeared) for about one second, then the desktop reappeared WITH THE CORRECT TIME on the clock. This is all very weird. And yes, I get the same time problem - running slow - when another user logs on. For the moment, it's keeping correct time ....
