To install missing plugins I just followed the alert in the Namoroka bar on top "Install missing plugins". Anyway, that did not fix anything, still no Java. Damn Namoroka also disabled couple plugins that I use for development. Read more here: http://forums.linuxmint.com/viewtopic.php?f=171&t=40388
