@madbiologist: I have been trying to track this for the E220. My lsusb reads: Bus 006 Device 007: ID 12d1:1003 Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. E220 HSDPA Modem / E270 HSDPA/HSUPA Modem dmesg repeatedly shows option: option_instat_callback: error -108 So since this is the same error, and the upstream bug is still linked to this report, should this be treated as the same bug or not? It's unclear what needs to be done to clear this up for the E220 and whether anyone is working on this or it's being treated as solved because it's a different modem.
