Hi, I installed 9.10-remix, keyboard blocks, kernel paging oops apeared & no wifi. In live mode no problems with the keyboard, but kernel paging problems & no wifi still there.
I installed 9.10-desktop. The same problems appeared. Starting in recovery mode I have terminal access, that is keyboard works, but kernel oops & no wifi continue. I upgrade to kernel version 2.6.31-17 with wireless-backport package and still no wifi and kernel oops still there. If at this moment I try to start gdm, X starts but keyboard & pointer blocks. I installed 9.4-remix. Keyboard is OK but no wifi or ethernet. I will try the distros you propose ... Bests, Alberto.
