No. The problem was there for some time but I neglected it. It's just
recently that I got irritated.

Now that you mention it, I'm not sure I tried to reboot. I deleted
.mozilla directory several times, but I could forget about trying out
a reboot (it is a browser upgrade after all - why should it be
necesary?). I created a test user a moment ago and he has no problem
with firefox, so this just might be the case.

Dear me - I feel stupid now...

Epiphany keeps playing tricks on me though... But that should be
reported elsewhere, right?
