Thanks for your answer.
I could start the 64 bit Ubuntu on sda1 thanks SuperGrub.
I made some further updating on the 64 version and now everything wirks
properly.

I guess that, when I installed the 64 bit version, and was required to
restart the system, The 64 bit version was expecting to be reactivated (this
is often the cas with OSes), but, because of the bug in Grub, the restart
activated the 32 bit version.

I am sorry not to be more precise on the solution.
