Hey guys...I'm seeing a very similar problem to this bug. I'm using karmic with latest updates on a 'regular' PC and an Apple bluetooth keyboard. This keyboard has no number pad at all and is very much like a laptop keyboard (which is what I select in the 'keyboard' preferences).
The symptoms are : 1) I can log in ok without having to do anything special, but 2) once logged in, it behaves as if the keyboard has been put into a number mode, so some of the letter keys actually produce numbers on the screen Pressing fn-f6 twice fixes the problem, but I would like to avoid having to do this. Any ideas? Thanks, Max. -- Slim USB Apple Keyboard not working correctly when pressing the "numlock" key https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/201887 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
