** Description changed:

  Closing and reopening the laptop lid leads to a problem with kded4 on lucid
amd64. kded4 gets defunct and therefore a new kded4 is respawn all the time. So
after a while there are lots of kded4 with state defunct. A ps waux | grep
kded4 gives lots of lines like
  <user> 26217  0.0  0.0      0     0 ?        Z    13:42   0:00 [kded4]
<defunct>
- after a killall -9 kded4 and manually restarting kded4 the system behaves
normal again.
+ Because of that i had an idle cpu load of about 80% cpu-usage on both cores
of a core2duo.
+ After a killall -9 kded4 and manually restarting kded4 the system behaves
normal again.
