Public bug reported: This bug is present for me (LimCore) after just aptitude safe-upgrade after installing clean 9.10 amd64. The original reporter had the problem after upgraded from Jaunty to Karmic.
I am having this error after the grub <code> udevadm trigger is not permitted while udev is unconfigured. udevadm settle is not permitted while udev is unconfigured. svgalib: cannot open /dev/mem </code> The PC does not boot.
