Hello, I finally found out how to reproduce and work around the problem: I have a Pinnacle PCTV Pro card installed, which has an IR remote control. Ubuntu therefore automatically loads the saa7134 module at startup. When I blacklist that module, the problem disappears. So the problem is obviously related to the remote control functionality of the saa7134 driver.
