Is there someone who would like to take up official sponsorship of this package in debian? I am asking here because the last contributors of the package in ubuntu are already subsribed and probably they would be the firsts to be interested.
If someone wants and has the time and the will to take care of it, it would be great; I could also provide some guidance if needed. If not, I could adopt the package myself, but I wouldn't like to "steal" it from someone already working on it.
