As of Karmic, ca.archive.ubuntu.com is still (since as along as I can remember -- been using Ubuntu since Breezy) MUCH slower than us.archive.ubuntu.com or archive.ubuntu.com.
Where are the mirrors located and who is hosting it? Doesn't University of Waterloo provide a mirror and offer it to a lot of distros?
