Public bug reported:
Attaching the Buffalo USBC2TC18BJA USB Transfer cable does not enable a
usb0 network port. The device is properly recognised when attached,
although no modules are auto-loaded. Manually loading the usbnet,
plusb, and cdc_ether modules further did not bring up the interface.
