Binary package hint: kdegraphics

1) run KSnapshot and select Region mode with any delay
2) select application and open menu with submenu and wait for timeout
3) click for selection of the first corner of the region (note this click 
doesn't change pointer to cross-shape). Click once more and select region 
(third click). Enter and Esc doesn't works.
4) You can't interact with GUI from this moment (Alt+Tab etc. - you can see 
only "froze" window). There is one way - switch to different runlevel and kill 
ksnapsot

This bug is similar if not the same as Bug #335991
