I also have same problem. I found that there exists a function which called 'Multi-Stream mode' with Windows driver. Windows driver has 2 mode -'Classic mode' and 'Multi-Stream mode' - and this 'Multi-Stream mode' works same as current situation in Ubuntu / Linux.
