yes i did, and not once, this also happens to be the case in other distros like fedora and Mandriva. you usually have to restart the interface as well. that helped me every time so far without fail. however, it does not guarantee that it will work for you. i just want that file to be included automatically or at least created at install. it's just a pain in the but to move it there every time since i distro hop quite a bit and install almost every alfa and beta version out there.
