I found the trick. I opened the properties of a script and in the "Open with" dialog I found that it was set to the last item in the list, in some others script no one item was set. Just to try, I set Open With Gedit in a script, now all my bash scripts are opened automatically. That is weird, because at a first time there was no need to set that. Anyway the problem is solved.
