Mostly this issue happens when I press Enter after password on Gnome login page. So I have to use mouse as workaround (click on "Login" button). But when I login to Gnome, open web browser and want to authenticate in my webmail application, the same situation occurs again. "Login + password + Enter" means not responding X windows. Then I have to press Alt + SysRq + K to go to back to Gnome login screen.
