Public bug reported:

I just upgraded to Jaunty skipping a couple of releases,  probably from
Gutsy or Hardy.  The system no longer broadcasts its IP address using
the Bonjour protocol,  because the daemon doesn't start.

# /etc/init.d/avahi-daemon restart
