I have the same problem. With dapper and edgy, my Happauge Nova Tv works, but it does not on Feisty. When I start my feisty, the video card is recognized and I have /dev/video0. Even kopete see Hauppauge nova-t dvb-t. But in kaffeine nothing, i don't have the TV icon anymore to watch TV. Note : i had installed kde 3.5.6 on my edgy and I still had the TV.
