I suspect that this is not Fix Released, if I am reading correctly then the problem occurs with Lucid kernels, but does not exhibit with v2.6.32 mainline kernel. @salac if that is accurate then we need to move this back to Triaged, and then can we test v2.6.32.6 and v2.6.32.8 mainline kernels to confirm whether those also show the issue or not. This will allow us to elminate the stable updates from the ubuntu delta.
