Public bug reported: Binary package hint: indicator-sound
While by now indicator-sound doesn't provide any tooltip (see bug #521309), the indicator should display the currently selected audio output, i.e. the sink that's playing sound. This is useful, for example, if you have as available audio output the PC internal audio, an Bluetooth headset, and USB speakers. As example see the tooltip in gnome-volume-control-applet ProblemType: Bug Architecture: i386 Date: Sat Feb 13 21:58:06 2010 DistroRelease: Ubuntu 10.04 InstallationMedia: Ubuntu 10.04 "Lucid Lynx" - Alpha i386 (20100113) Package: indicator-sound 0.1.0-0ubuntu1 ProcEnviron: LANGUAGE=it_IT.utf8 LANG=it_IT.utf8 SHELL=/bin/bash ProcVersionSignature: Ubuntu 2.6.32-13.18-generic SourcePackage: indicator-sound Uname: Linux 2.6.32-13-generic i686 ** Affects: indicator-sound (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Tags: apport-bug i386 lucid -- Show currently selected sink https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/521505 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
