Is there anyone already having a solution for this? Iam able to reproduce this issue. The fan is not spinning at all when using linux, the temperature is readed out correctly. Its at normal usage, with just some internet serving going up to 70C. Once the temperature raises to 80C, the fan spin up at full RPM, however it doesnt spin down. This is happening with a toshiba L350-168 laptop.
