This issue appears to still be here in the 10.04 code, it's still not
fixed, and it's broken even more, before setting Network Manager to
"Ignore" for IPv6, got around the problem and RADVD was able to issue
address's still, the 10.04 code this does not work, it's all ignored and
I have no IPv6.

IPv6 is the only way I can ssh into work servers, AKA, the only way I
can do my job. Please can I request a priority upgrade, this will effect
my work, and 10.04 is supposed to be an LTS release, so let's not leave
it broken.

This should either be fixed, or downgraded back to how it was working
before, BEFORE 10.04 is release.
