Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: ubuntuone-client

Ubuntu One synchronised a test file two months ago when it was first
installed, but that file has undergone multiple changes since then
(locked for editing for less than 30 minutes per day), and other files
in the Ubuntu One folder are not detected at all. Manually connecting /
disconnecting, or rebooting the PC does not fix this.
