though i've only used the reader to read usb drives and SD cards. I've used a set of SanDisk cards and many different types of usb devices. All devices have worked great except when trying to safly remove the card; at which point the device will turn off and remain off. Also my reader does not support SDHC types. -- Alcor Micro Corp.
