Boot process confirmed fixed on my machine, by new Wubildr from Comment 90. I can now also boot with -19. Many thanks to Agostino.
Long explanation : I am using Firefox on Windows and have originally tried to download Wubildr directly to C:\wubildr. The overwrite of C:\wubildr failed silently. Sorry for the spam.
