Public bug reported: "Note: the code in alpha-3 will use "Super + S" for the session menu, file a bug if you think we should change it for something else."
We don't use the term "session menu" anywhere in the interface, so Super + S would seem a bit random. After discussion with David Siegel, I've specified that Super + Esc should open the session menu (Esc ~ exit), and using Left and Right arrow keys from there should navigate to any other menus being hosted by indicator-applet. <https://wiki.ubuntu.com/SessionMenu?action=diff&rev2=8&rev1=7> This will involve communication between the multiple instances of indicator-applet that are on either side of the clock and power applets. ** Affects: indicator-applet (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Description changed: - Binary package hint: indicator-applet - "Note: the code in alpha-3 will use "Super + S" for the session menu, file a bug if you think we should change it for something else."
