Jeremy, ok i can see how that would work but since the hardware
profiling would have to happen on "every" start/reboot wouldnt it always
be slow and not just on first cold boot.

1. boot PC at 6:00am == very slow
2. reboot at 6:03am == normal
3. all reboots are normal
4. turn system off for say 1 hour
5. boot system == very slow
6. reboot == normal
and the cycle continues
