Weird error for me on an Dell Latitude D830... basically wireless works
fine now if I boot with the killswitch set to off, then move it to on
after login.

However, wireless does not work if I boot with the killswitch set to on.
The wireless shows as disabled in NetworkManager. Moving the killswitch
from on to off will allow the wireless to see access points, but it will
always be unsuccessful at trying to connect to any APs until I reboot
with the killswitch set to off and not move it to on until after
startup.

Very weird problem.. I have a feeling it may be a kernel issue as it
happened after a System Update.
