Not a problem in imagemagick.
But try to remove 
/var/cache/apt/archives/libmagick10_7%3a6.3.7.9.dfsg1-2ubuntu1.1_i386.deb (it's 
inoffensive to remove the file), "apt-get update" (or "aptitude update", or use 
Synaptic, etc) and do your upgrade process again.
