I don't think this warrants an SRU. First of all, it's unusual for an
application package to recommend its -doc, and second not doing so is
not a big problem, as you can install it manually just fine (which you
would/need to do with any other package as well).

The tiny potential benefit doesn't warrant an SRU risk IMHO.
