Yes, that looks like that, Milan. If one creates a user, deletes it, and tries to create it again in the same "session" there is a problem. Deleting the group of that user allows the creation of the user again. Probably the configuration files are only being updated on closing the gui assistant.
If one creates the user, deletes it and leaves the assistant.
