2.6.32-14-generic
i get "frequency out of range"
using the kernel version:
Linux Development 2.6.32-13-generic #18-Ubuntu SMP Wed Feb 10 21:24:20 UTC 2010
i686 GNU/Linux
it boots fine.
I'm going to attempt booting with nomodeset and will update bug
