This "oops" is not a real issue. What's happening is that the warning message is being interpreted by the oops processing logic to be an oops because of the log message level and the "WARNING" at the beginning of the message. This has been fixed upstream, and the fix has been accepted into 2.6.32.9 stable. This means it will likely be pulled into the 2.6.32-15 Ubuntu Lucid kernel.
