By default, most users won't ever see this issue as it only affects the
fallback notification icon (which is what you are using). We use the
indicator applet for displaying application indicators normally, and
that doesn't have this issue.
Anyway, reassigning to the correct package. Could you please update the
title / description with something more appropriate?
