Whenever there is a conflict in files Ubuntu One renames the conflicting
file and lets the user make the decision of which version to keep
(instead of trying to make this decision for you). The way to resolve
conflicts is to pick from the original file (if there is one) and the
conflict file (.u1conflict)  that you wish to keep and to delete the
conflict file or move(rename) the conflict file over the original one,
depending on your choice.

It looks like in your case there is no original. So removing the
.u1conflict extension will let Ubuntu One sync it.

 .u1conflict files are ignored by ubuntuone.
