Ok, I ran through the complete installation procedure mentioned here: http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1297076 I also used the proposed updates to install U1 after I purged it. I put the file in the Ubuntu One folder and it never shows it on the web. It says it is updated, but nothing on the server side. I have never fully gotten U1 to work. I did try the U1 beta repo too before. Any fixes, updates, or ideas would be appreciated. I clicked on "Report a Problem" on the icon, and it did a report, but I'm not sure where it disappeared to. I didn't make a new bug report as this is the exact problem I'm having.
